Terms & Conditions for Uploading Photos to Lotus, Ltd.

Image upload is allowed by registered users. Site visitors are free to browse images. Before uploading a photo to our site, carefully read the following terms and conditions of use. If you agree to the terms as they have been written, click on the "I agree" button to continue.

Images deemed unsuitable may be removed from the site. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that materials uploaded to the site do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party (including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights) and are not libelous or otherwise illegal.

Public Viewing & Granting of Limited Rights
Be aware that uploaded photos will be available to the public. Your image may be included in the Lotus, Ltd. Online Photo Gallery, or in other areas of the website.

By uploading, you are allowing Lotus Ltd. to publish the photo on our website. If we ever consider publishing your photo in any print media or on another website owned by Lotus, Ltd., we will contact you first for permission.

Once posted, the image will be open to public comment and critique. Although we monitor all comments for appropriateness, negative comments - as long as they are not abusive or otherwise ill-natured - may be posted along with your photo.
