SPECIAL NOTICE FOR LOG 26 ATTENDEES REGARDING HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Currently the number of rooms available to LOG 26 attendees at the Marriott Solana hotel is limited due to a number of factors.  However, arrangements have been made with the hotel to increase the number of rooms available to us on an as-needed basis by means of 10-rooms block increases in the overall number of available rooms as long as unreserved rooms are available.  Therefore, it is important to make your LOG hotel reservations early to ensure that rooms will be available for your use. 

However, if you are told that no rooms are available on any given night during the hotel registration process or are refused rooms at the LOG 26 special rate on the Marriott Solana web site, do not make your reservations at that time!  Instead, contact the LOG 26 Event Chairman, Dennis Rooney, directly at djrooney@edg.net or 713-677-1332 and Dennis will be happy to make arrangements with the hotel for additional accommodations in order to facilitate the increased number of LOG attendees.  Dennis will contact you when he has arranged for the additional rooms, at which time you may call the hotel or use the web page link shown here to make your reservations.

All Marriott hotels are smoke free!  Please make sure any fluid leaks are corrected before LOG to prevent your Lotus from smoking in the hotel!!  OH and guests of the hotel can't smoke in the Marriott Solana either!!
